Return Policy

Each Charmure gown is individually crafted to your measurements and preferences. Since every dress is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless a clear quality issue or production error is identified.


Order Cancellations

  • Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled and not processed.

  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.

  • 24–72 Hours After Payment: Refund of 50% of the dress price + full refund of shipping.

  • 72–120 Hours After Payment: Refund of 30% of the dress price + full refund of shipping.

  • More Than 120 Hours After Payment: Only the shipping cost can be refunded.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.


Order Modifications

Requests to adjust size, color, or other details must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes are no longer possible as production will already be underway.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The dress contains a major manufacturing defect.

  • The dress delivered is incorrect due to our error (wrong color, size, or design).

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor variations or imperfections

  • Custom or personalized orders


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your dress.

  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Return the item within 7–15 days, unused and in original condition.

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
