1. How long is the delivery time?

Wedding dresses typically require 20–25 days to tailor, while other dresses take 15–20 days.
Shipping time depends on the method chosen:

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 days

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 days

  • Saver Shipping (accessories under $50): 15–30 days

The sooner you place your order, the sooner tailoring begins.


2. Can I receive my order faster?

Yes. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

3. Can I order a dress in a different color? Is there an extra cost?

Yes, custom colors are available at no extra charge.
Choose “Other Color” at checkout and leave the color number in the order note.


4. Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! Custom sizing is free.
Choose “Custom Size” at checkout and provide measurements:

  • Bust

  • Waist

  • Hip

  • Hollow to Floor


5. What is your return policy?

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dress to initiate a return.
A full refund is available only if:

  • The item arrives defective

  • The wrong item, size, or color is received due to our mistake

Returns are not accepted for sizing mistakes or non-defective items.


6. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally using carriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and DPD.
Some locations may require additional information.

Can straps be added to a dress?

Yes. Simple straps are free.
Straps with beading or appliqué require an additional $9.99.


Can the back design of the dress be changed?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify back designs at this time.
However, we offer a wide variety of styles to choose from.


Can I return a standard-size dress if it doesn’t fit?

We do not accept returns for sizing issues.
Please measure carefully and refer to our size guide.


Do you ship to Trinidad & Tobago / Australia / etc.?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Simply enter your address at checkout.


Why must I enter hollow-to-floor for short dresses?

This measurement helps us calculate your overall height to ensure the correct knee-length proportion.


Do you have physical stores?

No, we are an online-only boutique, allowing us to offer competitive prices and custom options.


Can I place an order by phone?

At this time, all orders must be placed online through our website.


My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?

Log in to My Orders, select your order, and describe the issue.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs vary based on weight, destination, and method.

What does “Hollow to Floor” mean?

It is the measurement from the hollow at your collarbone straight down to the floor.
Stand upright, barefoot, and measure from the front.


Will my custom dress arrive in time for an event?

Yes. For weddings or events, we recommend ordering 2 months in advance.
Tailoring takes approximately 11–25 days depending on the dress type, and expedited shipping takes 5–8 days.
